Shipping Start Date
We’re thrilled to share that shipping begins at the end of October. Orders placed before then are considered pre-orders and will ship as soon as our products are ready.

Processing Time
After our shipping launch in October, we aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Please note: processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Canada: Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch

United States: Typically 7–10 business days after dispatch

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination. You’ll see estimated shipping times at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
