Refund policy

At LifeVision Lab Rituals, we take great pride in the quality and care of our products. Every tea blend, candle, journal, and ritual tool is crafted or curated with intention. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:

Returns

  • Opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All Tea Blends are final sale.
  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@lifevisionlablvl.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email info@lifevisionlablvl.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions if needed.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Store credits will be sent as a digital gift card usable toward future purchases.

Gifts

If you received a product as a gift and need to exchange it, we can issue a store credit to you directly.
