🛒 Orders & Shipping

Q: When will shipping begin?
A: We’re so excited to share that shipping begins at the end of October! Orders placed now are considered pre-orders and will be fulfilled starting then.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after shipping begins?
A: After October, we aim to process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location: Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days; US orders may take 7–10 days. International shipping times vary.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international locations. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We start preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at info@lifevisionlablvl.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q: Are your teas organic?
A: Yes! All of our teas are blended with certified organic herbs, flowers, and spices wherever possible.

Q: Are your candles safe and eco-friendly?
A: Absolutely. Our candles are made from natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and essential oils — ensuring a clean burn without harmful toxins.

Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes, our teas, candles, and ritual tools are all vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Q: Do your products contain allergens?
A: Some blends may contain ingredients like nuts or herbs that could trigger allergies. Please check each product’s ingredient list before purchase and contact us if you’re unsure.

Q: How do I use the Ritual Box?
A: Each box includes a guide on how to create your own ritual. Start with the tea, light the candle, pull an affirmation card, and use the journal prompts — all designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign.

Q: Can I gift a Ritual Box?
A: Yes! Our Ritual Boxes make perfect gifts. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card for free.

Q: Can I buy items individually?
A: Yes, all products from our Ritual Boxes are also available separately in our shop.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened teas or candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take pictures and  contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?

Q: What steps are you taking to be eco-friendly?
A: We use recyclable packaging, soy-based inks, and minimal plastic. Our teas are sourced from ethical suppliers, and our candles are hand-poured in small batches to reduce waste.
